The operating principle is based on the combined multi-stage effect of our unique tank flotation and column flotation using different shape characteristics and counter flow effects. The MAK-C can easily absorb feed quality variations, based on specific furnish criteria, without negatively impacting performance. The low fiber losses, high foam consistency, and high-quality accept provide for a relatively short payback period through increased yield, reduced deinking sludge thickening, and reduced use of pulping and bleaching chemicals.
